Yeah, this POS is an EPIC level SCAM of course and has been since practically day one and certainly since it became the MIGUEL & KRISTY CLOWN SHOW :)

Brenda is still alive and plugging away in Broward County circuit court with USRM-a-CON and the "usual suspects" doing ALL THEY CAN to delay and obstruct and delay delay etc.

CIVIL court is slow as shit now due to the COVID hang-over affect and the fact they must clear all criminal case dockets, so civil cases are getting back seat !!

Civil cases in most of FL are TWO YEARS MINIMUM in "good times" and COVID probably F-d it up even worse then "normal".

But I think Brenda is a WOMAN SCORNED now by these crooks and intends to see them to the end hell or high water IMO based on reading their filings, motions, the fact she named ALL THE INSIDERS personally by name this time (EPIC good move on her part !!) etc

Q-2 ended yesterday and of course USRM-a-CON WILL BE NEAR BK BUSTED BROKE and who know WHAT THE HELL they "do" aka what Miguel does on a day to day basis as an actual, real, functioning "business" vs him showing up once a month at the rent-a-desk to pick up mail or "work" all his OTHER side-gig companies while charging it all to the USRM penny mark con account as "expenses and salaries" etc !!

This POS is hanging by a thread and barely trades now - it's ILL-LIQUID for all intents and purposes and HAS TO BE closer to BK than at any time prior IMO !
