This new "Boric Tax/Royalty Plan" was just published 30 minutes ago so we will need some time to study it more but at first glance this appears to be good news for us little poor shat-upon junior lithium miners. We will of course need to study the royalties stipulations in greater depth later when the full document is published.

PS, This tax reform plan is from the Minister of Finance Mario Marcel presenting the Tax Reform of the Government of President Gabriel Boric and was delivered in the first 110 days of Minister of Finance Mario Marcel's term in office.

Whereas, Minister of Mining Marcela Hernando in these same 110 days has still not delivered even page one of the new proposed charter for the NLC (National Lithium Company) which is supposedly her highest priority now.
