Reverse split in the works......looks like 1:2,000 reverse split needed.
....another lie by Petey in panic-mode now that investors are dumping HPNN as fast as they can.

They want to raise up to $26,000,000



$26M at a 40% discount to $0.0017 to pay for a loan would be 25,490,196,078 new dilutive shares for HPNN shareholders.
