I believe it is because he has "0" respect for us shareholders !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Being the absolute F'in KING of "DD" on ELTP, I will ax: If the property that NasRat says they are closing on next month is valued at "somewhere" around $2 Million and let's say NasRat pays $4 Million, Then why in the hell did he place Elite in debt for right at $12 Million plus the option to add $2 Million to that $12 Million ??????????????

He has for YEARS talked about how bad Debt was and I agreed ... I also agree "if he is telling us the truth" that he needed to buy the facility ... but I do believe that Elite had enough cash to buy the facility BUT let's say he felt he needed that cash stash for a rainy day, Ok, then why go against everything he used to justify all those hundreds of millions of shares of dilution, and now put Elite in un-needed DEBT ?????
