This, definitively, looks like garbage, but 6 execs just had their RSU’s vest, which is ordinary income to them, so it’ll be interesting to see if those 6 are interested in actually making money off their RSU’s or are happy with picking up ordinary income that results in worthlessness.

I’m surprised their auditors are BDO and counsel is Latham and Watkins. I thought they’d have garbage for both because the price is in the toilet and the penny players are out in force on this trading the hell out of it.
