I don't think SPRV has a choice apart from closing up shop. To continue the "business", they need money, and shares are the only way they currently have of raising cash. There is no revenue, and no investment income that I can see in their quarterly statements.

Does Strickland have any stocks/companies that produce revenue? I'm having trouble finding any that do.
