Why didn't they accomplish this years ago?

Follow the money. I'm guessing the lobbies for the prescription hearing aid companies and the medical industry are shoveling tons of cash at the jerkwads in Washington to keep the gravy train going.

Companies like INND can't even pay their own salaries without billion share dilution schemes. How are they going to bribe - oops - I mean influence policymakers?
