Brew - You are in over your head, and your ignorance is showing!

You are comparing apples and oranges. Your original "rant" was about operational income losses.

Apparently you don't know the difference between cash and non cash expenses and what constitutes operational income and losses.

There were a few other non-cash accounts in the cash flow statements, when combined with the two major accounts, further reduced the actual operational pay out. I listed two major non cash operational accounts, and accounted for the rest, in the total operational cash flow accounts, and compared the two.

Based on your last "rant", and description of "charges" to specific accounts, it is also apparent that you are not even knowledgeable of normal balances of various debit and credit accounts, and what issues constitute increases and decreases in specific cash flow accounts.

For non operational issues, you are currently "ranting" about, as a payout, there is an off setting non operational income source of funds from investing and financing. Where as, your original "rant", was about "operational income losses".

I frankly, don't think you know the difference!

Oh, by the way, financial statements are a combined snapshot of hundreds of accounts which make up the catagories on the financial statements. There may be many accounts which could constitute waste, abuse, non-business, personal etc., which are determined from internal audits, which does require on site audit work by accountants. Internal audits generally bring these type of accounts to the attention of responsible parties and internal control policies. These financial statements are "unaudited".

Not much is stated in the financial statements regarding internal control, because the financial statements are unaudited. I think it is safe to say that the lack of internal control, by NEOM, over the subs, has been resolved to a degree.

Your questions have been answered. You just do not have the knowledge to know it!
