Already want more shares--why?? Shareholders approved 200 MILLION MORE shares just 8 mos ago. Now they are already asking for more. Why?? What did they do with 200 million extra shares??

So no money for Longhauler trial. No money for Brazil trial. Millions spent for Amarex data for YEARS that is in wrong "format" (does that sound like a label problem or a syringe issue??). Can't pay Samsung for product expiring on shelf. Owe grape jelly man 6.5 million++$$$.

If Cyrus Arman has expertise as "Chief Business Officer" per his C.V.--why is there ANY need for a "Head of Business Development" that has NEVER developed ANY business. s kelly removed 10 JUL "for cause", immediate clawback of all shares,warrants,options. Good enough for Pestell--good enough for kelly. Hey this Cyrus guy is so gung ho--he starts on a SAT!!!!!!!!
