Regardless of whether it's old investors or new the scam is the same.
If you look at the patterns over the years the supposed product is always just around the corner. You will find that out in time just like the rest of us did. Many like yourself have come and gone over the twenty two years and the only one smiling is the CEO.
What I find most disturbing is the SEC has yet to target this scam but be assured when they do they'll go through this company like epsom salts and they'll track down where all the money went.
