As I had mentioned a few weeks ago, the agent in charge of re-permitting the USACE as referenced in the semi-annual DOE report filed 4/1 ish has been communicating with me re status. He had mentioned that the final approval would not show anywhere public since it was a re-permit. Following is a chain of our recent correspondences. SCROLL AND START from the END.....

Yes, they got it to me late yesterday afternoon. Been meaning to email you but it’s been one of those days.

To the best of my knowledge, no work has been initiated on the project.

Have they even put shovel to ground at the location.....after FERC extended their permit in January and before the USACE expired this year or have they even been staging the location in anticipation of moving forward?

Yes, it is straight forward. Just a matter of me getting the permit typed up and forwarded for review and signature. Hopefully taking no more than a week or two at the most.

Once they get you what they need is the next step relatively straight forward regarding getting final approval and how long could it take?

I finally heard back from the agent on my informational request. He says he will get the requested information to me tomorrow. If I do get it, I will let you know. Once I have it I can proceed forward.

Since our last conversation I had requested some additional information from Delfin's agent. As of now I have not received that information. At this time I'm attempting to contact the agent about the information. Once I receive the information I can forward the permit up the line to be signed.
