You don't seem to understand how these OTC hijacked shells. There isn't a reverse merger - they Create a new Series of Preferred shares and pass it along - just like AVVH they created a preferred share that owned 60% of the voting power - and there never was a reverse merger.

FINRA isn't granting many reverse mergers when a hijacked shell.
