But he didn't announce that at all! He retweeted "...we are abandoning efforts to become an SEC reporter & are preparing an application for OTCIQ access to be filed with OTCM within 60 days."

My only worry is that an application can be denied. (Sorry, but I'm just not as sure of things as some seem to be). Again, I sure hope that whatever reason this MIGHT not have gotten OTCIQ access for last year has been resolved for the try THIS time.

Bottom line is I'll believe pink current when I see it. And I hate being PESSIMISTIC but I can't control that.

Oh, and while I'm here, I do wonder at what point GS actually knew the SEC Route for this was hopeless? Just recently or sometime ago but waited to tell us for some reason?
