The real news is that Lannett is working to approve Adderall IR. Obviously they intend to sell their own versions sometime in the future. If they opt out after second approval, do we keep the customers, eg. CVS, or do they merely supplant the Elite versions they are selling? Anyone?

What amazes me is that our feckless leader doesn't have the balls to just call Lannett and ask the CEO what is there plan and timeline viz a viz the Adderall products. The are, after all, our partners.

The fact that the distribution agreement with Lannett apparently didn't have a standard non compete clause is possibly legal malpractice.
