The stock market conditions and especially the OTC performance since early 2021 certainly did their parts. But, it should be possible to get an innovative idea off the ground. It might just be more complicated and especially more paperwork than they anticipated. I‘m constantly monitoring the relevant channels for changes. There are also occasional attempts to get in touch with Barton, but currently unsuccessful.
