I know of a company, NASDAQ company at that, that took 2 years to file because of accounting issues and they played to same game, we expect to file by X date, then well, we know expect to file by X date and on and on.

People who know nothing of accounting or financial reporting have zero idea what goes into it, just like when people bitch about changes in tax laws when they don't even know how to do their own taxes or what an effective tax rate is
