Apparently the GSI acquisition never went through. Apparently they never actually acquired the 12.5% of Apollo Metro Solutions (NOT Apollo Smart Lights). Neither shows up on their financial statements. Yet they now claim that Apollo Smart Lights lights are "Viper product". How does that work?
What actually is the inventory from EcoTech? Is it product for sale? The EcoTech website shows products mostly unrelated to VPER's markets. Why would their crypto mining take place under "EcoTech"? What did EcoTech bring to the table for that? Why not just put it under VPER?
Their "smart cities project portfolio" shows a handful of lights (well under 50 and potentially as few as 20. The single light in Chicago is or was apparently just set up on the roof of the EcoTech building (which is not in Chicago)). When were these lights installed? Miami, Sri Lanka, and Doha had to have been years ago. What is going on NOW that will generate revenue?
I saw this post on another site and it makes NO sense whatsoever:
Where is the evidence of "ownership of Apollo lights"? Are they sure it's not "Appolo Smart Lights"? I wonder if Toledo Solar has anything to say about business with VPER. I guarantee you they aren't doing anything for them for free and probably are extending minimal credit to them. And how does "ownership of Apollo lights" give them "product to install our solar panels"? Isn't Apollo Smart Lights their "smart light" product and Toledo Solar would be the manufacturer of solar panels? What did they REQUIRE EcoTech solutions to do?
What an amazing company.
