That actually seems reasonable to me. No company is obligated to have a no-questions-asked refund policy, especially when the product is a time-based Plan (annual or semi-annual).

I think it's reasonable for the company to count on the revenue from those Plans, to prevent people from playing under the Plan for a short while and then asking to cancel with a refund for the unused time, using 'incompatibility issues' as an excuse.

Just as retail stock buyers are supposed to do their own due-diligence and bear the risk for their purchasing decision [which is why there are so many good laughs to be had at the expense of GTOR purchasers], GGToor Plan purchasers should do their own due diligence that they can actually use what they are buying.

However, it would be nice, I suppose, if GGToor offered a 'quick compatibility check' tool a potential customer could run before buying one of those Plans.
