I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only one that finds this interesting... I believe it speaks volumes as to WHY Mr Sharp put SO much time, money and effort here with GOFF/WNFT.

Re- GVSI:

Our attorneys & auditors have concluded that it is impossible to audit $GVSI due to past corporate mismanagement of records/actions. Therefore, we are abandoning efforts to become an SEC reporter & are preparing an application for OTCIQ access to be filed with OTCM within 60 days

If WNFT didn't have NASDAQ aspirations (sooner or later) why wouldn't George have just done (with GOFF/WNFT) what GVSI has been forced to shoot/settle for - A top tier position with OTC Markets (Certainly not chopped liver).

At the expense of being a "No Shit Sherlock"... Hopefully that made sense to most.
