This is tremendous news !

GS has a staff of accountants, attorneys, and forensic investigators pouring through the entire history of GVSI. No surprises as every skeleton has been brought to the surface.

Any merging company of quality will be thrilled for such compliance and insurance of exactly what they are getting and any remaining remedies that must be performed (if any).
