No, it will not be an acquisition, Vite is the name of their ecommerce platform that they are "developing".

I can't seem to find their android app even though they tweeted back on June 3 that apps were available for it as well as for apple. The website has claims about the stuff you can do with the platform but there is no link to sign up for anything. The Investor Relations page is "coming soon". The address on the Vite website is the same as for Eastwin8, it seems to be just a wework mailbox, they have no actual office space of their own.

There doesn't seem to be anything here but an unfinished website, a non-existent app and "mega promises".

I'm open to correction.
