So much for Sun Tzu Art of War. I was expecting a more patient Eastern response with the temperament of XiJinping. I guess it's safe to assume you are not a General? :)

Can you repeat your affiliation with the company, please? Because I honestly don't remember anything you said that would give you so much insight into the thoughts behind these cartoons and the company's stance on issues here? After that long diatribe, can you just repeat for the record again so I can see how that matches up with your insights?

Up until February, I found and provided >99% of all new information regarding this company.
I would say closer to 90%. But I concur, a huge contribution.

*In February, once you(NR) discovered the WeChat app, I encouraged us all to meet there so that I could give you a few pieces of info that I had held back, due to the fact that we are a shell company and until we merge we should avoid attracting investors.
I concur

*You asked me to create a seeking alpha account so I did and there I told you about the plan to list on the full nasdaq in May. I also explained that any more new investors now would likely sell on the day of the company's listing, and drive down the proceeds for the company. This would be damaging both to Yongbaichao, as well as to us.
- Therefore, I suggested we limit all discussion of the stock until after the merger and especially avoid mentioning WeChat.

I did not agree it would be damaging to investors or the company. That's your interpretation. My words verbatim are below. I agreed it would "not be good probably." Probably key word there, and I agree it wouldn't be good for my selfish greed. But I never agreed to it be damaging as noted below. I do agree that I didn't believe they would uplist. And they didn't. My front page reflects that truth.

I also did not agree to avoid mentioning WeChat. I did a word search on our entire *short* conversation, and at no time to I mention WeChat or agree not to mention it. In fact, I brought it up as a suspect source where they meet before you brought it up to my memory.

Wed Feb 09 2022 11:28 PMYeah, I agree that a rising price would not be good probably. I don't think they want any attention now. That's why I always say when they are ready, it will happen. Only Firehouse a few others follow us, and they were around long ago and have diamond hands. Nobody is paying attention. I just talk for fun. And it's an expression and like a diary. Just fun. Like doodling. And creates a log for me to reference, etc.

Thanks for the updates. I'll keep it here. No reason people need to know. Not that anyone is looking. I think most observers, if any, would see us just as noise. I'm too lenghy to read anyway. IF they paid attention, the stock would be soring from stock promoters out there. In my opinion anyway.

Wed Feb 09 2022 11:29 PMI do think the company will promote its own stock when they are ready, however. They will have much more influence than anything we say. In my opinion. I better say goodnight to get some rest. I'll have to see if I'm banned when I wake up.

I stand by all those words. I still believe them, although I do reserve the right to change my mind as facts change. In this case, I agree with everything said. Still don't think we have any influence as I've stated numerous times. I'm not resally sure what part of we don't have influence on this stock price you didn't understand. I've said it many times and saying it again. So, err, what was the reason for the implied gag order again?

*After that chat you began aggressively posting douyin videos, and occasionally name dropping WeChat as if you were trying to impress people with your knowledge. It was fairly obvious to me that you were setting yourself up to pass my research off as your own, later on after the stock blew up. Trying to use the forum to prove your stock trading savvy was something that I was perfectly fine with. I used to help my friends out in school by giving them answers. I'm glad to help; but the constant need to push the stock showed that you were willing to risk hurting the other members of the forum as well as the company to achieve your own egotistical goals.

I agree to the aggressive postings. My MO for sure. Unlike FireMed, I am a man of many words. This is true on ALL my stocks and I love them all equally. Just take a look at the MICS board for one example. I tell it like it is. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Always. Unless they are just good, of course. You are welcome to your interpretation. Everyone is. It may be bipolar, mental illness. Everyone is welcome to draw their own conclusions. I'll agree that it is aggressive. I call it the RELENTLESS PURSUIT OF TRUTH. It's fun, my hobby, my passion, and this is my investment. I treat it like all my investments. MINE. I want to see it succeed. Everything I posted is truth as I see it and facts are facts.

*This last part became completely obvious when you got upset that I kept disagreeing with you and after fuming "don't push me!" or some similarly cartoon-villain-sounding phrase, you began to do your very best to disparage the company. You even bragged that you understood that it was a shell, but that your efforts would cost the company money when it finally did merge and that made you happy.

Nobody is listening to us. This is my company and I want it to succeed. I get very angry at the incompetence around here. The board reflects those feelings. Everything I said, the multiple theories, all possibilities and angles. I stand by them all. My mood changes with the facts as they come in. I'm an emotional investor. I keep asking for a peer-reviewed journal from psychology that refute the claim that this is somehow not good. I harness that energy. The relentless pursuit of truth. The good, bad, and the ugly. Personally, I'd suggest it be all good. But that's just me.

*I encouraged you to cut the crap, I pointed out how obvious you were being but I carefully avoided doxxing your SeekingAlpha account, I didn't report your posts to any admins, I didn't go the the SEC and inform them of your attempts to manipulate the stock, even though what you were doing was potentially hurting everyone here.

I don't know what doxxing my Seeking Alpha Acct means. I have a paid up membership there. A premium member. They have moderators. Please report me to the SEC or any authorities you wish. I have nothing to hide as I said before. Do you have something to hide? I still don't know what, if any, affiliations you have iwth this company. YOu keep dodging the question. The answer would be hearsay, of course, but I'd still like it on the record for corroboration purposes.

... and you stopped for a couple days and have now began pretending that you don't know that YBCN is a shell company, or that you don't know how shell companies work, or whatever weird basis that you come up with to make the silly posts you keep making.

I do know it's a shell company. Hence, the main page trying to emerge at a "snail's pace." What part of that did you not understand?

So when Yongbaichao starts making cartoons about adults getting a piece of candy and getting hyperactive, or about laying in bed watching Douyin videos looking angry, it's pretty obvious what the point of the cartoons is. They're making fun of your silly tantrums demanding more videos

Again, I ask, is it obvious to your interpretation? Or obvious because you are affiliated with the company adn have direct contact with the intentions of the authors of these cartoons? Can you elaborate more on this relationship between the company and the knowledge you possess about the intent of these cartoons?

All of this is actually more confirming to me about my best working hypothesis on the main board. That the simplest explanation may be the best explanation: Disgruntled and/or low morale with our affiliates.

The portrait of the company is on the main board. Just the facts. I do agree that IT SUCKS. It should all be positive with working headlights, high morale, cohesiveness, communiaton -- in short. a good company should be able to be seen. Instesasd, the lights keep getting dimmer and dimmer. Maybe when they finally emerge, I'll see the light. I sure hope so!!!!

I'll be here regardless. Just think of me as that MEGLOMANIACAL PURSUER OF TRUTH. Wherever it leads. Mental illness or not.

Thank you and have a nice day.
