In fact their registration was terminated in 2012. Their Florida registration with the Secretary of State was dissolved in 2014:

For over a year it was warned that Rule 15c2-11 would be put into effect - on Sept 28, 2021, over 2000 stocks were shifted downward to OTC Markets’ “Expert Market,” where stocks are essentially suspended from official trading for failure to make current information about the company publicly available.

Regardless, there are no “weaker hands” to “shake out” - U.S. citizens cannot buy these “EM” stocks through U.S. based brokerages. They can only Sell.
