All of those had presumably viable products described in the prospectus of the offering. This one has licenses on some drugs that, even if developed, are marginally marketable. "Orphan" drugs happen for a reason, and that's potential for profit.

But, none of that matters. The stock is illiquid as it sits. The PPS and volume over the last year or so have been horrible. The underwriter and clients are going to know that, and will set their offering price per share accordingly and ensure it is a very nice discount to the PPS established by the RS so they can ensure a profit when they dump those shares into the market. The information I included bears that out. Anyone thinking they can ride through this and expect a profit afterwards needs to review that information for themselves.
