The 6 uplists with RS I've observed have been brutal to those shareholders who held through the process. The narrative on the OTC is that some sort buying spree is going to happen after the uplist, but it doesn't. Instead, the RS wipes the standing O/S down to nothing so that the investors in the offering own the bulk of the total equity, which they sell right afterwards. The company gets cash to pay lavish salaries for years, actual progress is no longer required.
