CEO Petey also has a debtor exam before the court in July.
No wonder he is in panic-mode. He has to produce a ton of financial documents to the court associated with his/HPNN's $9 million owed to one person.
He has been in front of this judge before for that. If he doesn't satisy the court, he could be thrown in jail for contempt. This would also likely trigger revocation of his $50K felony bail, which is also reviewed in July.
Because of all of his requested delays, it will likely be renewed.

Petey thinks he could travel to Mexico? I seriously don't think the felony bail conditions will allow that, plus he lost his passport because of non-payment of child support.
