Yes and he's wrong on that. Just as he was then. You can't sue a company because of something they said weeks or months ago. It's called a forward looking statement. The company is protected by that. Like when a company makes a prediction on a conference call about what they expect revenues & earnings to be next quarter. Well 3 months later...say they miss the numbers...but they don't get sued.

Maybe we'll get the MICS earnings report in the morning. I'm curious to see the numbers and even more interested to listen to the CC. Surely they'll have to address the NILE buying spree. Is this some kind of partnership? Or is NILE attempting a hostile takeover?
