What freaking supposed "Update" LOL ????????????
The ONLY "update" now is going to be a LAWSUIT IN CA FEDERAL COURT as filed by THEE SEC and it will get a PR FROM THE SEC announcing same :)
There is no other "update" other than THE FORMAL COMPLAINT to be filed in a CA federal district court as QNTA-CON is a CA domiciled company/SCAM and the WELLS NOTICE stated the SEC Los Angeles regional field office "has the case" = "to be filed" in a CA federal court and "soon".
THE BOTTOM ON THIS SCAM IS LITERALLY GOING TO BE .0000X per share and it's no more complicated than that :)
NEXT UP - waiting to see IF the DOJ files a criminal complaint against these OTC serial grifter cons and perps which is a VERY real possibility at this point !!
