I just read the settlement agreement with Berkshire. Basically, based on my interpretation, they mutually agreed to not pursue litigation with regard to that debt. Seems like PLPL Had enough leverage to force Berkshire to cancel the debt. There is no conversion of shares on any of that. Quite amazing actually.
