This is why Eric Sprott had to reduce his interest, keeping it under 10% as he also owns another Institution that is also a vested institution.

Under the agreement, the company can't dilute the investors out of the picture whom both have a majority voting right, yet still keeping Hycroft in complete control from a corporate take over and again, why Sprott had to reduce his position.
