Warrant Cash In

BTW, I saw a tweet yesterday of someone looking at the warrants and saying they are in a lockup period. Is that true to anyone's knowledge? I would hpe that's NOT true.

If Ault can get those to exercise, he'll have over $15 million more in cash. That would be a great motive to give warrant holders the means and opportunity. Which would be done by a significant increase in price with accompanying volume/liquidity and time for the deal. If the lockup is for another 6 months, then he might be thinking that it would be good to wait on that thought. Which would be Christmas time and around our busiest quarter. I'm not sure what his time horizons are, or what the true lockup periods, if any, truly are.
