IMO, it’s a little sad. That someone could assign so much value to something that has proven itself to be worthless in terms of creating shareholder value.

Imagine the hours of wasted time preparing for something that will do nothing for the price per share and volume.

I suspect most people invested in this company because they viewed it as a real estate play. It has morphed into a one time cannabis application that has yet to materialize, some sort of a learning platform that also has yet to materialize, and a host of other disperate entities that drag attention and resources away from the core real estate operation.

If Russ is half the executive I believe him to be he would seize control immediately and send new management packing.
