This was the best way to play the rise in oil, but that is with 20-20 hindsight. There is no end in sight for higher gasoline prices.
They aren't building new refineries, and if a storm were to take out a big Gulf refinery. . . And there is always the possibility of cyber-attacks, and other awful stuff.
Keep your gas tank full.
