Interesting comment about short term CEO's.....
"A short term CEO can look at all this and think, 'what do I care, I have my exit covered, why take the risk, why divert profits now?' Others really ought to bet the farm, if they want to stay in business 20 years from now. Seems like at least a couple are ready to do that"
20 years from now, having reaped the vast rewards of a bold CEO's move to acquire Torvec in 2007, we will all be hanging out at Tor Acres, (which will soon have a pysch wing added to the architechural drawings) and collecting massive dividend checks from holding the acquiring company's shares all that time....
