They aren't paid so that their only compensation is through shares. Why would they bid if they already own nearly 100 million??? Plus companies with big insider holdings are more risky because they can sell huge amounts before bad news or after good news. SS is one of the great things with $VMSI. I'm just not sure why you care so much about the well being of a company that you have no money invested in, seems kinda of strange.
