I am as frustrated as anybody. But it is just illegal to sell seven figures worth of shares at a fixed price to friends of the company/insiders and shortly afterward announce news that causes the share price to skyrocket. I'm not trying to be negative just realistic, this private placement is a sign that financing is not close. I continue to believe that we will get there eventually.
