Looks like Dr. D from Yahoo should lawyer up.

She is only present on the Yahoo website, but her presence there and specific promises there regarding CYDY clearly led many small investors wrong... and probably were the main cause for the stock spike last week. Promises regarding the positive impact last Saturday's confernce in London was supposed to have on CYDY's stock price.

Big failure. However she is a doctor, was specific in her Cytodyn recommendations, and above all gave hints she had access to insider information. This is not like being only bullish or just highlighting public facts.

On the Yahoo website, angry small investors are looking for a responsible...and Dr D could be one possible target.

A typical line crossing by an illegal stock pumper. Time to think about her legal standing.
