As we are share holders it is concerning that you are on Social media discussing court proceedings. Has an attorney not advised you to not discuss the case in public and attack people?

If so over and over you said the case had no merit and it was being dismissed but here you are going to trial and so the judge apparently believes there is enough evidence. Jury by 12 is scary thing vs a judge convicting.

Jury tend to hand the book to serial scammers regardless of fault. Jury DONT follow the law and normally pay people who deal with scammers record defaults. Your lawyer should be explaining this to you in detail.

As share holders this does not look good that person in charge is talking about a case on social media. Why is your attorney allowing you to discuss this?
