Look I don't expect most to understand that a change of control occurred with Bioamber Inc. If a tax director missed it on Date 2, Date 3, and Date 4 I can't reasonably expect that non Bioamber shareholders caught it. But the truth is Bioamber considered the sale of all the assets as a change of control. Doesn't matter what doc it is in; the very definition of what a change of control IS according to Bioamber...that's what matters. That's why they all resigned and LCY says they acquired Bioamber. Any tax directors want to weigh in? Of course they will LOL.
