When you see a company who’s pps is dropping and there is a downward trend in momentum along with a dropping volume that is a company you should worry about a reverse split to hide the fact by artificially raising the share price to entice new investor, this ploy most always does not work in the long run but may bump it’s price in the short run which allows owners and officers a chance to sell at a small increase in price.
