I do however believe many, myself included, are weary of dilution for a few reasons.
First: its in the Word, it dilutes not in general terms the price per share, but the value of your ownership stake to such a degree that even a large position can be disproportionately small, and in turn, would rely more heavily on new share buyers to move the value per share up. A company's market cap is usually disproportionate to the actual company or market value, so increasing its cap is only a boon to the company; not shareholders as of yet.
Secondly: it does invite the worry of reverse splits, which to my best knowledge, has never been ruled out.
The dilution has been controlled and i dont feel the need topanic as it's still being under 20B aforementioned, there is always reason to be weary.
That being said, LETS FUCKING GOOOO
