I have made some contacts already.
There is some discussion about finding an interim CEO, or even a permanent CEO.
I will post once I know definitively.
I do not know anything about Joe's family nor do I know who owns his shares and what they intend to do about it. Most likely, they don't really care.
The first Podcast that Kristy made actually revealed the kind of person she is. She looked like she just woke up and did the Podcast in her pajamas. She was obese and rolled around in the chair or couch she was sitting in. To her credit, she did learn the intricacies of running a public company. She also managed to make some contacts and provide a pathway to the Marketplace. Many people have stress in their lives. This does not excuse them from driving without a valid license, driving under the influence of alcohol or speeding at over 100 mph.
Once a contract is signed, this should remain in force as long as both sides provide what was in the original agreement. VSS has always been suspect to me. There was never any proof of efficacy. Kristy seemed to have a vested interest because she ran a company that promoted Homeopathic products. She probably received some monetary benefits for selling VSS. I have proven to myself that Lomatium is actually beneficial.
Kristy was never completely forthcoming about aspects of the products that GSPI claimed to hold. This was also a Red Flag for me. Kristy will now have to use the services of an attorney to provide legal counsel. Kristy cannot afford this. But she also has nothing else to keep her going except being the CEO of GSPI. I feel bad for her and I hope she can climb the latter back to a reasonable life for herself. She worked hard for GSPI but I think she was over her head. Joe took her on because she was willing to work just for shares and no salary. This was beneficial to all shareholders as well.
