The June 24 approval listings have come and gone and they are now listing the June 27 approvals.

Elite is nowhere to be found.

So Nasrat must have PURPOSELY told the FDA to EXCLUDE our recent approval because it's owned by Mikah.

This has never happened before.

REMEMBER this statement from the 2018 Mikah Agreement:

- "Neither Party shall make any public announcement concerning, or otherwise publicly disclose, any information with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any of the terms and conditions hereof without the prior written consent of the other Party hereto."
