I still never really understood what she brought as CEO. Company was heading towards a positive direction before she joined. And it went downhill ever since.

I think the big problem is that this doesn’t seem to be a full-time job for anyone. Everyone seems to have other ventures and businesses out there that they’re dealing with.

Sustainable housing was where it was at. If only they could have followed through with developing Brentwood. Instead they kept trying to implement like 10 different things, none of which, besides BGTV, ever brought any sort of revenue to the financials.
