ROTFLMFAO! If there were more buys today than sales AMC would not be (-4.1%). Today's sell-down on heavy volume was certainly expected after yesterday's run-up that was fueled solely by all of the Index and other funds tied to the Russell 1000 having to buy large blocks of AMC shares yesterday to get AMC in the rebalanced portfolios after AMC's adoption into the Russell 1000 after the close on Friday. But it is indisputable that AMC is selling off and back down today, as expected.

Must be why there are more buys then sales
