I have contacted Dr Mark Edwards, who is the only member of the Board of Directors for the company that I am aware of. I alerted him to the situation. I suggested that he either look into who might become the next CEO, or maybe that he would want that position himself.

It will be interesting to see how this is finally resolved. Kristy can be in jail and yet still remain CEO. Eventually she will be released. This is just an annoyance. She will need an attorney but she could still function as CEO. Since she probably has very little left to her name, being the CEO would give her a reason to focus and make something good of her life. I do not discount the success of the company. This is just a temporary delay. All other functions of the company will continue. This could be a great buying opportunity.
