You're preaching to the wrong guy....I've seen many questionable actions with this firm, and have done my part in sending in the TCR form, for an official complaint to the SEC.. Not sure if you have filled one out, but it's pretty obvious now, that he must be following OTC Market rules, along with the SEC. I'm sure there are others that have sent in this form too. I'm sure BANT is being watched closely, but the bottom line is he's a parasite that knows how to manipulate the system. You don't get this far since 1972, second guessing. He knows he can prey on people to make his fortune.
