V Group Acquires Lifestyle Adult Beverage Brand!

On June 23rd, 2022, V Group completed the acquisition of beverage brand Moonlight Beach Cooler. Moonlight Beach Cooler is a “full flavor”, carbonated malt beverage that will be competing in the lucrative and rapidly expanding “Alternative Alcohol”, ‘Flavored Malt Beverage” market. V Group and Moonlight Beach Cooler have agreed to the acquisition without disrupting the current share structure of V Group, (VGID). The acquisition is predicated on future performances of both parties.
