There is a significant conflict of interest if Elite buys Micah’s half of Adderall. Micah may sell because Lannett may declare bankruptcy and stop paying Elite. The way around that is to have the deal be reversible for a period of at least a year at Elite’s discretion (not Micah’s). If Adderall sales tank after Elite buys Micah’s portion then Elite asks for a refund and gives the 50% rights back to Micah.
