The reverse split was somehow rejected. The increased authorized shares was also rejected.

When you look at the tabulated voting it looks like both should have passed easily.

Probably just wishful thinking but I do wonder if the powers to be decided they simply don’t need either of those to pass.

They need to get the share price above a dollar within the next several months so hopefully there’s a plan of attack in place to achieve that goal.
